About
Built for the people who actually book the food
Parish administrators, bereavement coordinators, and festival volunteers do this work between everything else. The booking process should take minutes.
Church food service is a real industry that nobody built tools for. A repast is arranged in 48 hours. A festival feeds 900 people out of a hall kitchen designed for 40. A rectory needs dinner every night after the housekeeper retires.
The caterers who do this well exist in every metro — they simply aren't easy to find, and they rarely rank above wedding venues in search results. RectoryFood exists to close that gap: one request from the institution, matched against caterers vetted for licensing, insurance, references, and institutional experience.
We are not a caterer and we never handle food. Your contract and payment are always directly with the catering company. Institutions pay nothing; partner caterers fund the service.
